    1. Verify the project instructions and ensure all elements are present;

  1. Verification of the drawings
    1. Compare the drawings with their respective index;
    2. Verify the consistency and organization of the drawings;
    3. Verify the sufficiency and adequacy of the drawings in relation to the project’s terms of reference;
    4. Compare the drawings with the written drawings to verify consistency between them;
    5. Evaluate the sufficiency of the level of detail;
    6. Verify the consistency of the organization of the drawings;
    7. Confirm the location and implementation of the work;
    8. Confirm the indication of the constituent materials of the work;
    9. Evaluate the feasibility of the project in relation to the constraints and the construction phasing;
    10. Detect any errors in the drawings;
    11. Reflect on the overall conception of the work;
    12. Verify the compatibility of the solutions defined in each of the specialty projects.
  1. Verification of written documents
    1. Verify the consistency between the various written documents, particularly regarding technical specifications;
    2. Verify the consistency of the organization of the written documents;
    3. Verify the sufficiency and adequacy of the written documents in relation to the project’s terms of reference;
    4. Compare the written documents with their respective index;
    5. Check, in the Descriptive Report, if all materials to be used in the work and all constraints are defined;
    6. Detect any errors in the written documents;
    7. Evaluate compliance with regulatory provisions;
    8. Verify the need for some supplementary calculations in the most significant documents;
    9. Verify the compatibility of the solutions defined in each of the Specialty projects;
    10. Verify the information on the Services Affected by the work.
  1. Verification of measurements
    1. VVerify the existence of measurements and their consistency with the type of work in question;
    2. Verify the adequacy and sufficiency of the articulation;
    3. Conduct a critical analysis of the measurements, checking for any omissions and verifying the most significant items within the usual parameters;
    4. Indicate unforeseen items that may occur, in order to address unforeseen situations;
    5. Confirm that there is no duplication of items, compared to other specialties;
    6. Verify the compatibility of the solutions defined in each of the specialty projects;
    7. Verify that the measurement criteria are adequate and complete;
    8. Verify the compatibility of the measurements and their criteria with all works and methods.
  1. Budget verification
    1. Verify the numbering and accuracy of the various items in the Budget and their compatibility with the same items in the Measurements.
  1. Verification of the specifications
    1. Verify the existence of Terms of Reference and their consistency with the type of work in question;
    2. Verify the consistency of the Terms of Reference with the type of work, legislation, standards and specifications, etc.
    3. Verify the existence and sufficiency of Special Technical Clauses for all planned works;
    4. Verify the compatibility of the solutions defined in each of the Specialty Projects;
    5. Verify the suitability of the technical clauses to the work.
